We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here. The food was exquisite very fresh, tasty and of great quality. The only downside was the table service. It takes a long time to get shown to a table and then a long time before they take your intial order, and again to take your dessert order. The staff seem to have a habit of not making eye contact with customers so, it is difficult to get their attention to take orders and to request your bill. This has been a problem everytime we have visited for lunch. However, we have always enjoyed the meals we have had here. The service is the only let down, if only they would keep an eye on their customers, it would be 100%.

The cafeteria of Corte Inglés is an interesting experience. In some ways it's a bit posh, because Corte Inglés is, and it's also dead ordinary; something less than restaurant but more than cafeteria. The service was a bit slow at times, because the dining room was full, but the servers were very friendly and outgoing and the food was pretty good. I enjoyed it.

This cafeteria is on the upper floor of the mall. It's small but well spaced and comfortable. The service is Ok and meals delicious. However, it would be nice if one has a shorter period to wait for their orders.

Stopped for some lunch with my wife and child. Had to wait around 10 minutes to be seated as tables need to be disinfected which is normal. Trouble is there were empty tables!! So after we say we ordered drinks and our selection of food. 20 minutes later we had to chase our drinks. Then one of our glasses were dirty and we asked it to be replaced. The waitress snatched the glass, turned her back and without a word stormed off, only for us to see she was clearing tables on her way back. So another 3 minutes pass and still nothing done had to again chase it up with another waitress. The original waitress now returns with a clean glass and a very polite 'hear you are' .. turns quick and walks off. A time later our food arrives and my salmon is stone cold! By this time I'd lost my appetite and cancelled my order. The manager who was a very polite man replaced my food with another dish on the house but I politely refused. I feel the manager is fighting an uphill battle with incompetent staff. Good luck to him and we will never be returning to the restaurant again although the store as a whole is great as are the other store staff.

Very clean relaxing place to eat and drink. Friendly and efficient staff. We always stop for coffee and snack during a trawl around the shopping floors. Prices are a little higher than many cafes out in the town but it's worth it for convenience.
